Denise Didio Buher, PT, DPT, Cert MDT started Orthopedic & Spine Physical Therapy in Queensbury, NY in 1996.Denise earned her Doctorate from the Evidence in Motion Institute in 2016, her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1991, and her AAS as a PTA in 1986 from Maria College of Albany.

 

Her professional experience includes pediatrics, acute care, geriatrics, aquatic therapy, pelvic health, in-patient and out-patient orthopedics. Her specialty is mechanical diagnosis of the spine and extremities. Denise is a Certified MDT from the McKenzie Institute, and she is Certified in custom orthotics through Sole Supports.

 

Denise is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association, the Private Practice Section of the APTA, a Grassroots Key Contact for state and federal advocacy of the APTA and Secretary of the Private Practice Network Board of Directors.Denise is active in her community through her membership with the Adirondack Chamber of commerce and the Glens Falls Country Club. She was recently awarded “Woman of Distinction” of Warren County and has won The Best of the Region Contest for the past 3 years.

 

Denise is the President and sole owner of Orthopedic & Spine Physical Therapy, PC, President of North Tract Properties, LLC  and President of Wave Form Fitness, LLC.Denise is dedicated to the betterment of the Physical Therapy Profession and she is passionate in all endeavors to ensure the survival and future success of the Private Practices in New York State and beyond.

 

Denise is the proud mother of her 28 year old daughter and her 25 year old son. Her hobbies include golfing, platform tennis, boating on Lake George, skiing, biking, hiking and traveling.
